Since Youngkin’s Virginia telework policy was updated in May, a number of state employees have begun their resignations. After hearing of the reported 300 people who have left their current positions due to the new policy, Dylan Bishop simply stated that they were “not surprised by this information.” The effects of the governor’s requirement will continue to bleed into more areas of the workforce.
