(RICHMOND, VA – November 12, 2018) KVCF Solutions announced today the hiring of Dylan D. Bishop, an attorney, political consultant, and government affairs professional to its fast-growing government relations practice. Mr. Bishop will also join KVCF PLC as an associate where his administrative and regulatory practice will compliment the array of services offered by KVCF Solutions.
Dylan comes to KVCF Solutions from the office of Senator William C. “Bill” Carrico, where he served as Chief of Staff and Legislative Aide to the Chairman of the Senate Transportation Committee and brings with him a plethora of experience in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Bishop has managed successful political campaigns, effectively lobbied for business interests and trade associations before the Virginia General Assembly, and was awarded the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Pinnacle Award for his work as a legislative policy analyst at the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.

Mr. Bishop earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Hampden-Sydney College. He also serves as Chancellor General for the American Descendants of the U.S. House of Burgesses, and finds joy fostering animals through the Richmond SPCA.
