(Richmond, VA) – On May 2, 2018 from 5:00-6:30pm, KVCF Solutions will host Delegate Luke Torian of Virginia’s 52nd House District. Elected to office in 2009, Delegate Torian serves part of Prince William County.
When not in Richmond, the Delegate serves as Pastor of First Mount Zion Baptist Church in Dumfries. He has one daughter, and lives in Woodbridge with his wife Clarice who recently retired after 34 years in public education.
